Mercedes-Benz GLA scores top marks in Euro NCAP safety tests
The Mercedes-Benz GLA has obtained top marks within the latest round of Euro NCAP testing.
The GLA obtained five stars, the greatest mark available, with testers observing decent scores for side impact protection as well as for front travellers. Overall, the GLA accomplished a 96 percent safety rating for adult residents, and 88 percent for kids.
Also up for testing this month was the brand new Renault Twingo, which obtained four stars. Testers noted the Twingo’s passenger compartment continued to be stable throughout a frontal impact, using the vehicle getting a 78 percent safety rating for adult travellers.
